The Base metal (GI-GALVANIZED STEEL/GL-GALVALUME STEEL), after chromating, is coated with epoxy/polyester primer on both the sides for superior adhesion with paint system. The top coat of paint enhances the durability of sheet even in harsh weather conditions. It is highly resistant to cracking, peeling, chalking & fading.
Only prime grade steel is used for manufacturing BMPL Profile Sheet. This steel is procured from reputed makers- JSW steel, AM/NS INDIA, JSW Pragati Plus, JSW Colouron Plus. BMPL is itself an authorised distributor/profiler of JSW colour coated steel coils.
